I joined Cross Street as the company’s sole graphic designer in 2023 and quickly found myself immersed in the fast-paced world of real estate development. Since then, I’ve served as a key steward of the Cross Street brand, leading creative direction and producing a wide range of design work in support of both internal initiatives and developer clients.
Not Your Average Hiring Post
I needed to establish what a "Now Hiring" social post would look like for the new Cross Street brand. A key aspect of our brand voice is authenticity, so I took this opportunity to showcase to the public and future employees that Cross Street doesn't take itself too seriously. Abandoning the same copy-and-paste "Looking for a passionate [insert job title here] to join our team" social media post and opting for a sense of humor and relatability.

I designed Cross Street's inaugural market report from cover to cover.

An Unconventional Brokerage Website
Cross Street originally had an entirely different name and brand (Peak Realty). I joined the team as the rebrand was taking shape and noted to the President that the company would require a redesigned website. I volunteered to design the website in partnership with our VP of Technology and web developer.
