Considered "the next generation of apartments," Avenir is a beautiful 23-story apartment community located in River West Chicago. The building's development group decided they wanted to capture the grandeur of the property in a video, but without the team to produce it, they trusted our team at Cross Street to bring their vision to life.
I planned the story, sourced a videographer, sourced models, purchased the props, and managed logistics with the property management team.
Setting Up the Team for Success
To ensure the client would love the video before it was produced, I created a storyboard. Once the client approved the storyboard, it acted as the primary guide for the whole team.
